My name is Milos and I am a yoga instructor. By formal education, I have a degree in law. I started actively practicing yoga in 2011. The practice of yoga helped me become aware of my need to stop, slow down and be aware of the present moment. Yoga is a wonderful journey with countless clear insights. Be aware of your physical and mental strength, but at the same time be aware of your limitations. Distinguish between genuine need and ego. Cultivate patience like a delicate thin thread.
